A number of readers have brought to our attention errors in question No. 5 of the Self-Evaluation Quiz in the July 1989 issue of Pediatrics in Review (page 13). In the stem, Campylobacter fetus should be substituted for Cryptosporium. Response "A" should read as follows: "A common cause of bacterial diarrhea in young children." No other changes are necessary. The answer, "B," continues to be the correct response.
