The author line for Case 3 in the "Index of Suspicion" section of the November issue (PIR.2008;29:399-406)should read, "David E. Michalik, DO, Jagmohan Batra, MD, Miller Children's Hospital, Long Beach, CA." Dr. Batra's name ann Dr. Michalik's middle initial were omitted inadvertently."

In the November 2008 issue of Pediatrics in Review, one of the authors' names was omitted, inadvertently, from the list of authors of the Index of Suspicion case on erythema nodosum--that of Jagmohan Batra, MD. We regret the error.
