The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Pediatrics in Review (PIR) was planned and produced in accordance with the ACCME Essentials.
The AAP designates this activity for up to 38 hours in Category 1 of the Physician’s Recognition Award of the American Medical Association (3 hours per completed print issue of PIR and 2 hours per completed compact disc issue of PIR).
