Omission of Significant History
A. Martin Cader, pediatrician
The first part of the Presentation (Case 1) states that the child "...has no history of serious illness...."
The second paragraph of the Discussion states "This child had been admitted previously with similar signs and discharged with the diagnosis of seizure associated with fever and hypoglycemia."
I think this is a significant omission from the history.
